Addiction can come in any form and fashion not only drugs & alcohol as we are mainly lead to believe. For example, a person could be addicted to certain fatty foods, toxic relationships, television programming & gaming, sex, or even marital things. I believe anything even good things (“too much of a good thing can be a bad thing”) can become an addiction. I think the key is to make sure that whatever you do just make sure there are a balance and a deep understanding as to why you think what you think and do what you do.
