Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well. Thanks for checking in. So, today I wanted to share with you. Something I’ve come to notice that I believe has helped me grow, as a person individually for myself and possibly as a helper in connection with our worldwide community. I question EVERYTHING. I even question myself and my own thoughts. lol. The reason I think this is because I’ve realized that in life any and everything is subject to change. You hear people say things like, “nothing is set in stone”, and that may or may not be true, but in my experience life has proven to me that things are always just moving & grooving on to the next thing even if it seems similar or in pairs. The thing is, in life is it seems though change is imminent.
I say all that to say. I am always having questions because I wish to understand things better, even if I don’t fully understand. I wish to understand only so I can relate to other perspectives before I can decide for myself what is and is not resonating with who I am. This discussion can also go into topics of “belief and faith” but not today maybe I will talk more on that later. But lately, the term Ideology has been surfacing and I was first wondering, “well, what the heck does that word mean anyways?” I looked it up in the dictionary first ⇒What is Ideology?↵
Then I did a Youtube search for possibly more understanding.
I’m not saying I fully understand but I think I kinda got the basics down now of what it is and how it works. I realized could have defiantly had and have some ideology believes in the past(grow up with a very religious parent, social conditioning, etc. etc…) but I feel the work I’m doing now in my personal life is steering towards just more acceptance and understanding of myself and others; So I love better.
Thanks for stopping by. Check you guys out next time, PEACE! 🙂
I can’t speak for all, but I can speak for myself and possibly many others. There is a higher power in this universe that has set in place rules, laws that have always seemed to be working at the forefront and in the background, effortlessly to help keep peace & balance in all our lives. If you’ve ever taken seriously the notion of “Karma” then you have dabbled into the concept of Universal Laws. But there is so much more than just that. So much more than just catchy saying like, “what goes around comes around” or “as above so below.” It goes way deeper and is far more useful and interesting than that is referenced by main-stream.
There are actually 12 Universal Laws that you must learn about. Following these Laws can keep you safe and help you gain the best possible experiences in life; including abundance, healthy relationships, more happiness and overall a more fulling life.
Check out this quick list and short descriptions of the 12 Universal Laws below.
The 12 Universal Laws
The Law of Divine Oneness – Everything we do, say, think and believe affects us, others, and the world around us.
The Law of Vibration – Everything in the universe is moving(vibrating) and travels in waves(like when you drop a pebble in a pond and it creates a ripple effect).
The Law of Action – Actions create things in the physical world.
The Law of Correspondence – “As above, so below.”
The Law of Cause & Effect – “We reap what we sow.”
The Law of Compensation – This shows the visible effects of our deeds etc..money. friendships, blessings.
The Law of Attraction – Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, produce energies in which attract like energies.
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy – This states that each and every person has the power to change the conditions in their lives.
The Law of Relativity – Everything is Relative no matter how good or how bad things are at the moment.
The Law of Polarity – Everything has an opposite pole and we can learn to use this to create a positive vibration over a negative one.
The Law of Rhythm – Everything vibrates and moves at a certain rhythm.
The Law of Gender – Everything has masculine and Feminine principles.

It’s difficult to set goals but it’s very easy to lose the focus you need to manifest those goals into reality. This has a lot to do with not understanding our subconscious minds. Once we learn how to use and focus our subconscious minds we can become less distracted and get back on track towards completing our goals.
Check out this awesome video from the youtube channel ‘Growing Forever’ to better understand the process of focusing our minds. Enjoy!
Being up early in the A.M hours for me really has proven to be the most soothing and positive experience. It’s quiet, peaceful, and pure. Focus and creativity seem to just pour out naturally while in this zen time of the day. I think the reason behind this is it almost feels like a dirty pleasure because you’re getting a head start on productivity; “while the world is asleep if you focus is up to play” lol.
Anyway one of my favorite things to do during this time of day is to listen to binaural beats and meditate. I’ve found that doing these activities early in the morning helps set the tone for the day; make it a positive one!
Listen to this binaural beats video to help bring you those positive vibes for the rest of your day.
Addiction can come in any form and fashion not only drugs & alcohol as we are mainly lead to believe. For example, a person could be addicted to certain fatty foods, toxic relationships, television programming & gaming, sex, or even marital things. I believe anything even good things (“too much of a good thing can be a bad thing”) can become an addiction. I think the key is to make sure that whatever you do just make sure there are a balance and a deep understanding as to why you think what you think and do what you do.
Much more we will cover on this topic for another time in the future. Check out this great Tony Robbins video about how to stop your addictions.
Arguably one of the top 10 presidents of all time John F. Kennedy said a quote that reads: “We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things. Not because they are easy, but because they are hard.”
Now, there has been a lot of debate of whether we did or did not actually go to the moon and maybe we can get into that topic later where I will share my opinions. But for today the message is simple. To accomplish unbelievable things you have to be willing to put in a staggering amount of hard work and dedication. Don’t let your dreams just be dreams, Fight for them.

Once you fall it can be a huge let down on yourself. Self-doubt has an eerie was of creeping into your heart, mind, body & soul. It could feel like the weight of the world is But where do we go from there? Do we allow ourselves to continue this downward spiral? No! Now, this is the best time to dust our shoulders off and RISE again.

Who doesn’t wish to have a deeper understanding of what love is? This video has some really great and mind blowing perspectives. Try to keep an open mind. Take what resonateswith you and discard the rest.
Sometimes it gets lonely on the way to the top. I think it is because everyone has their own individual journey that they must go on, to lose themselves and then find themselves. The good news though is if you so choose to take this journey you will in the end never be alone. You will find the right people that will walk alongside you whilst they follow their own.
We all love technology, we can argue that the world is better with it than without it. But, here is the kicker…are the ones who created it selling us out? This was one question that was raised in my mind while listening to this interview with Max Igan. GOOD STUFF!
Sometimes you just have to let go and just do your thing. Here’s is full 1-minute+ Shia Labeouf video that went viral about, “Just Do It!” turn your dreams into reality. You can do it! If you focus, you will succeed.
“Life has many ways of testing a person’s will, either by having nothing happen at all or by having everything happen all at once.”
Sometimes in life, things happen and can get to the point where the thoughts of “why me?” comes to fill the mind. In my experience, I have learned that when this happens it just means its time to take control of your mind and your inner self-talk. I have found that the best way to do this is to simply do something that can take your mind off the problem.
There are many ways to do this. You can do it by focusing on your breathing, listening to music, reading, looking at pictures or watching a video. For me, music has always been one of the best ways to do this, preferably a song that makes me feel good or empowered. When I put on an empowering song it quickly reprograms my mind into a more positive state. By putting the mind in a more positive state anything seems possible and this gives you the energy to not give up, to keep trying for a more desired outcome. If you focus on the positive you will achieve the positive.
